We’re working with a growing contractor delivering electrical maintenance and reactive works across a portfolio of commercial and logistics sites. With a new long-term contract due to go live, we’re looking to bring in additional permanent electricians to support day-to-day maintenance and fault-finding across multiple locations.
The role:
- Reactive maintenance across commercial / logistics sites
- Fault finding, repairs and breakdown response
- Planned preventative maintenance (PPMs)
- Electrical compliance checks and minor remedial works
- Working across multiple sites (mainly North West, some travel required)
This is a reactive role, but within a more structured and manageable environment, with realistic response times and a balanced workload. There is an on-call rota, however this is not constant call-out work, most issues can be planned or reviewed, and it’s far less intensive than high-pressure retail environments. Hours are sociable.
What we’re looking for:
- ECS Gold Card Electrician
- 18th Edition (essential)
- 2391 Inspection & Testing (preferred)
- Experience in:
- Facilities management
- Commercial maintenance
- Industrial / factory environments
- Able to fault find and work independently
- Reliable and professional approach
