AMB Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of a long-established specialist roofing contractor who are looking to bring a Contracts Manager into their team. The Role
You’ll be overseeing roofing projects (both flat and pitched) from start to finish, ensuring jobs are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing multiple live roofing projects (flat & pitched)
- Overseeing site teams and subcontractors
- Planning labour, materials and programme
- Attending regular client and site meetings
- Ensuring all H&S procedures are followed
- Managing budgets, variations and project documentation
What They’re Looking For
- Experience across flat and pitched roofing (felt, liquid, single-ply, tiles/slates etc.)
- Strong site and client management skills
- Organised, reliable and confident running multiple projects
- Background as a Contracts, Site or Project Manager within roofing
- Full UK driving licence
What’s On Offer
- £45,000 – £60,000 depending on experience
- Company car / allowance, holidays, pension
