Are you an experienced Recruitment Consultant looking to take the next step in your career? Embrace the opportunity to join a leading Construction Recruitment business, working within our Electrical & High Voltage team. We are seeking a dedicated Recruitment Consultant to be a key player for our team in Fearnhead, Warrington.
Start date: April 1st 2026
What we offer:
- £28,000 - 34,000 annual salary plus uncapped commission (15%, 20%, 25% etc)
- 25 days holiday + bank holidays + your birthday off

Key Responsibilities
- Research and map a target market and pipeline through our CRM system
- Develop business within a core market by liaising with prospect clients
- Host meetings via Microsoft Teams or Face-to-Face
- Attend networking events
- Build and maintain relationships
- Work in silo with our resourcing team to maximise delivery
Skills and Experience required
- Experience in sales/ business development roles
- Understanding of construction
