Location: South London

Company Overview: We are representing a fast-growing contractor that has doubled its turnover in the past year. With a strong pipeline of projects across South London, they are now looking to appoint a Project Lead to support operational delivery.

The Role: This permanent role will see you overseeing multiple live sites across South London. You will work closely with the Ops Director and Divisional Manager, attend client meetings, and lead the smooth delivery of ongoing projects.

Typical Day Includes:

  • Site visits with senior leadership
  • Client and stakeholder meetings
  • Monitoring progress and quality across multiple sites
  • Managing project documentation and reporting

Requirements:

  • Experience as a Site Engineer or similar, ideally with progression ambitions
  • Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or similar (or HNC/HND with experience)
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Able to manage multiple priorities and support delivery teams
