We are recruiting on behalf of a leading construction company who are seeking an experienced Setting Out Engineer to join their team in Manchester. This is a long-term contract role, starting in February 2026, with interviews scheduled for January.
The Role
- Setting out and surveying
- Quality assurance and record keeping
- Preparing and reviewing method statements
- Supporting site teams with technical input
- Ensuring compliance with project specifications and safety standards
Requirements
- Proven background in RC frame projects - Essential
- Valid industry tickets (CSCS, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of QA processes and site documentation
- Temporary Works Coordinator certification is desirable – training can be provided if not held
