My client is a fast paced Chemical Manufacturing Plant, part of a worldwide Oil Company. They are looking for a Maintenance Administrator to join their team. They make Transformer Oils used for power distribution, offshore wind parks, utilities and traction power systems; and immersion cooling liquids used in EV battery systems, battery energy storage and data centres respectively.
Key Accountabilities:
- Develop new Maintenance Management System (GSAP)
- Plan maintenance activities, reactive repairs and improvements across the two sites.
- Ensuring routine preventative plant maintenance is carried out as necessary and in a timely manner.
- Prioritise maintenance requirements to suit business needs.
- Ensure that team members have an adequate workload daily.
- Ensure that works raised at daily production meetings are progressed and captured.
Experience:
- Proven prior SAP administration
- Mechanical and/or Electrical/Electronic Plant Engineering
- Good understanding of engineering practices and methods
- Maintenance engineering knowledge.
- Completed a recognised multi skilled engineering apprenticeship
- Able to communicate effectively through various written methods.
- Assertive when required.
- Able to delegate effectively.
- Able to motivate and recognise opportunities for team members to develop.
- Acts with initiative.
- Understand what motivates the team and gets the best from them.
- SAP maintenance.
- SAP Procurement.
- Knowledge of Excel, able to understand and interpret spreadsheets.
- Good understanding of Word, Outlook & PowerPoint.
