Due to continued growth and recent contract wins, we're recruiting two Multi-Trade Operatives to join an expanding team delivering maintenance and refurbishment works across the UK.
This is a mobile role where you'll work across a variety of sites, carrying out a range of trade and building fabric activities.
Travel and overnight stays will be required, with accommodation, food allowance and travel expenses fully covered.
We're looking for practical, hands-on operatives who can turn their hand to a variety of tasks and take pride in delivering high-quality work.
The Role
- General building fabric maintenance
- Planned and reactive repairs
- Joinery and carpentry works
- Fire door repairs and adjustments
- Flooring, ceilings and partitioning works
- Basic plumbing and multi-trade repairs
- Refurbishment and improvement projects
- Working across multiple client sites throughout the UK
What We're Looking For
- Previous multi-trade, maintenance or building fabric experience
- Ability to undertake a variety of trades and repairs
- Valid CSCS Card essential
- DBS Certificate preferred
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Comfortable with regular travel and overnight stays
- Able to work independently and manage workloads effectively
- Strong customer-facing and problem-solving skills
