We’re working with a fast‑growing Building Services contractor who are looking to strengthen their Mechanical Design team due to continued growth. This role would suit a Junior to early‑Intermediate Mechanical Design Engineer who wants to build a solid career in building services, learn properly from experienced engineers, and be part of a team that’s actively investing in its future.
You’ll be working closely with a Senior Mechanical Designer, alongside the wider M&E team and Project Managers, supporting the delivery of mechanical designs across a variety of projects.
The Role
- Assisting with mechanical building services design work
- Supporting a Senior Mechanical Designer on live projects
- Working closely with electrical designers and project managers
- Assisting with site surveys, site checks and coordination
- Gradually progressing towards taking on more responsibility and own design work
