Multi-Skilled Operative Location: Hull & North Yorkshire Region Salary: £15.00 per hour + Overtime + Company Van + Expenses We're recruiting Multi-Trade Operatives to join a growing maintenance and facilities management team supporting retail and commercial clients across the region. This is a varied role suited to practical, hands-on operatives who can turn their hand to a range of maintenance and building fabric tasks. Long-term secured work, overtime opportunities and excellent support for travel and accommodation make this an attractive opportunity for the right person. The role will initially support a major North Yorkshire project before progressing onto reactive facilities maintenance contracts. The Role • General building fabric maintenance • Planned and reactive repairs • Basic joinery works • Flooring and ceiling repairs • Partitioning and refurbishment works • Minor plumbing and multi-trade activities • Retail and commercial property maintenance • Working across multiple client sites Requirements • Previous multi-trade or maintenance experience • Valid CSCS Card essential • DBS Certificate desirable • Full UK Driving Licence • Good building fabric knowledge • Flexible approach to work and travel • Ability to work independently Package • £15.00 per hour • Overtime opportunities available • Company van and fuel card • Accommodation provided when required • Food allowance when working away • All travel expenses covered • On-call allowance and additional call-out payments • Long-term work with a growing contractor and secured contracts If you're a skilled Multi-Trade Operative looking for a stable position offering variety, overtime and long-term prospects, we'd like to hear from you
