Joiner - Permanent Location: Hull & North Yorkshire Region Rate: £16.00 per hour (£16.50 for Fire Door Accredited Joiners) + Overtime + Company Van + Expenses We're recruiting experienced Joiners on behalf of a growing contractor delivering maintenance, refurbishment and facilities management projects across the retail sector. With a strong pipeline of secured work and new contracts underway, this is an opportunity to join an expanding team offering long-term, stable employment and varied work across the region. The role will initially support a major North Yorkshire project before moving onto reactive maintenance and planned works for a range of commercial clients. The Role • Joinery repairs and installations • Fire door maintenance and remedial works • Building fabric repairs • Flooring, ceilings and partitioning works • Planned and reactive maintenance • Retail and commercial refurbishment works • Working across multiple client sites Requirements • Previous joinery experience • Valid CSCS Card essential • Fire Door Accreditation advantageous • DBS Certificate desirable • Full UK Driving Licence • Comfortable travelling throughout the region when required • Able to work independently and maintain high standards Package • £16.00 per hour (£16.50 for Fire Door Accredited Joiners) • Overtime opportunities available • Company van and fuel card • Accommodation provided when required • Food allowance when working away • All travel expenses covered • On-call allowance and additional call-out payments • Long-term work with an expanding contractor If you're an experienced Joiner looking for secure work, excellent support and a varied workload, we'd love to hear from you
