Role Overview

As a Quantity Surveyor, you will manage your own portfolio of projects from start to finish, working both in the office and out on site.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting site measures for valuation and cost-control purposes
  • Producing accurate monthly valuations and accounts
  • Monitoring project costs, values and progress
  • Liaising closely with clients, Contracts Managers and site teams
  • Preparing Method Statements and Risk Assessments
  • Assisting with programme monitoring and project reporting
  • Ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, safely and to required standards

Your work will be crucial to the successful commercial delivery of each project.

About You
