We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join our client’s team for a major infrastructure project in Dundee. The Site Manager plays a key role in ensuring the successful delivery of the project, with responsibility for health, safety, environmental and quality compliance, as well as meeting programme and budget requirements.

About the Role
- Deliver works safely and in line with all regulations.
- Ensure full understanding of project objectives.
- Build, develop, support, and maintain a strong site team.
- Maintain positive relationships with stakeholders and external parties.
- Develop the tender programme into a detailed construction programme within 4 weeks of award.
- Monitor progress with up-to-date programmes to provide clear direction on critical construction and financial targets.
- Develop, manage, and maintain the Site Management Plan.
- Identify and evaluate risks, implement actions, and maintain the Risk Register.
- Manage and control changes to scope, requirements, and personnel.
- Monitor progress against cost plans, programmes, and quality / environmental plans.
- Manage stakeholder engagement and subcontractor relationships.
- Oversee design management.

- Proven experience in site management within civil engineering or construction.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage programmes, budgets, and risk effectively.
