A well‑established subcontractor within a major UK construction group is looking for a Quantity Surveyor with experience in any finishing trade: painting, plastering, drylining, rendering, or similar.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing your own portfolio of projects from start to completion
- Carrying out site measures and valuations
- Producing accurate monthly accounts and reports
- Monitoring project costs and progress
- Working closely with clients, site teams and Contracts Managers
- Preparing RAMS and supporting programme monitoring
- Playing a key role in the successful commercial delivery of each job
Who We’re Looking For
You do not need painting experience, we welcome applicants from:
- plastering
- drylining
- rendering
- decorating
- any subcontract finishing trade
You’ll thrive if you are:

Full training in painting‑specific processes can be provided.
