Our client is seeking a proactive and commercially minded Customer Experience & Sales Advisor to join their team. This role plays a key part in delivering high-quality customer service while converting enquiries into confirmed bookings across training and medical services. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer enquiries end-to-end, identifying client requirements, and providing tailored advice and solutions to maximise sales revenue, course utilisation, and long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to all customer enquiries (bookings and sales) in a professional, effective, and timely manner.
- Treat every inbound call or enquiry as a potential sales opportunity, aiming to close sales during initial contact or extend orders through upselling and incentives.
- Actively upsell during all customer interactions and negotiate discounts where appropriate to secure bookings.
- Proactively follow up on enquiries that do not immediately convert into bookings.
- Identify and escalate new business sales leads to the Customer Experience Lead.
- Proactively manage course fill rates by engaging with clients and self-sponsors to maximise attendance.
- Contact individuals whose training is due to expire in advance, securing refresher bookings and repeat business.
Advisory & Relationship Management
- Provide customers with accurate advice on course content, medical services, pricing, prerequisites, and availability across training locations.
- Build, maintain, and develop strong client relationships.
- Attend internal and external client meetings where required.
- Deputise for the Customer Experience Lead when requested.
Operations & Administration
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of training, medical, and accommodation bookings in line with internal systems and procedures.
- Maintain accurate records relating to bookings, sales orders, and customer interactions.
- Liaise closely with Operations and Commercial teams regarding new course requests, availability, and pricing to ensure all potential opportunities are fully explored.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all courses and medical services offered.
