What You'll Be Doing
- Delivering engaging training sessions and assessments across the gas distribution product area
- Collaborating with the Operational team to maintain and develop training materials, facilities, and products
- Working closely with the Quality Assurance and Audit team supporting internal quality assurance (IQA)
- Supporting sales and marketing colleagues by responding to customer enquiries and providing technical insight
Essential Skills, Qualifications & Experience
- Strong knowledge and hands‐on experience in low and medium‐pressure gas mains and service laying, or experience in pressure control and network maintenance
- NCO2 Gas Main/Service Laying
- Safe Control of Operations certification
- Competence in PE (Polyethylene) welding techniques
Desirable
- CITB Excavation Support for Timber Trenches & Shafts OR Utility Excavation Categories 1–5 (or equivalent)
- Experience installing, maintaining, and inspecting trench support and shaft systems during live digs
- Experience working in deep excavations (2m+)
- NRSWA Supervisor qualification
- Level 3 Teaching Qualification (PTLLS, AET, or equivalent)
- Level 3 Assessor Qualification (CAVA or equivalent)
