In this ABM-focused role, you design and run industry-specific ABM programs for enterprise customers in the UKI region, aligning with global frameworks. You drive multi-channel, data-driven campaigns, events, and executive programs to accelerate pipeline and revenue. You collaborate with sales, global marketing, and partners to translate account priorities into measurable marketing impact, while maintaining operational excellence. This is a strategic, hands-on position with cross-functional influence at scale.
Responsibilities
- Design and execute territory-specific ABM campaigns (1:1, 1:few)
- Build and maintain strong relationships with sales to translate account priorities into programs
- Analyze customer data, buying signals and market trends to inform strategy
- Create multi-channel programs (events, digital, direct) delivering personalized experiences
- Scale Executive Engagement programs and Developer Enablement within UKI strategic accounts
- Partner with Global marketing to align ABM with broader scale efforts
- Improve operational excellence through standardized processes and best practices
- Track and report program performance to optimize and scale
- Manage budgets effectively to maximize impact
- Collaborate with global ABM community to share learnings
- Coordinate with UKI Partner Marketing to extend impact through partners
Key requirements
- Experience in developing and managing acquisition marketing or channel programs
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
- Experience executing campaigns across multiple timezones and languages
- Experience in marketing or marketing research
