Are you a customer-obsessed builder with a passion for helping the world's leading financial institutions modernise how they build and run software? Do you have the business acumen, deep containers expertise, and technical sales skills to position AWS as the platform of choice for banks, insurers, capital markets, and fintechs? In this role, you will be the container domain expert for our most strategic and highly regulated financial services customers. You'll work backwards from their most complex problems — modernising core banking platforms, running low-latency trading and risk workloads, meeting stringent security, resiliency, and regulatory requirements, and accelerating developer velocity — to build and execute go-to-market strategies that turn AWS container services into multi-billion-dollar businesses.
You will engage across the entire lifecycle of a customer initiative: interacting with CxOs and VPs to shape strategy and secure executive sponsorship, and partnering with architects and developers to drive adoption of Amazon EKS, Amazon ECS, AWS Fargate, and Kubernetes. You will be a trusted advisor through technical thought leadership, develop reference architectures and patterns tailored to financial services compliance and resiliency needs, and build programs and enablement that scale the broader AWS field SA population. You will also lead an internal community of container subject matter experts and feed customer insights back to AWS product and engineering teams to shape the future of our services.
