This is a highly visible, customer-facing leadership role that will shape how AWS builds specialist capability and earns trust with customers across key UKI industries including financial services, retail, media, and the public sector.

You will define and optimise scalable acceleration mechanisms that allow the team to operate as a force multiplier across the broader field organisation and partner network.

You will work in close interlock with GTM leadership, Enablement/TFC, service teams, and regional SA leadership — ensuring specialist investment is tightly coupled to customer need and business priority.
