You lead cross-functional teams and shape best practices to scale delivery and impact across enterprise engagements. Responsibilities
- Lead and manage complex cloud migration and transformation programs
- Ensure delivery of outcomes within time, budget, and quality parameters
- Develop and execute program-level planning with adaptive strategies
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, partners, and internal teams
- Drive key decisions and proactively manage program risks and issues
- Establish governance, structure, and communication plans for programs
- Lead multidisciplinary teams of technical specialists
- Ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and governance requirements
- Bridge business requirements with technical solutions and facilitate engineering discussions
- Distill customer needs into clear technical requirements mapped to business outcomes
Key requirements
- Experience leading enterprise IT engagements
- Knowledge of infrastructure, applications, data, security, and platforms
- Experience leading multiple Agile teams concurrently or at scale
- Preferred: AWS certification
- Preferred: experience delivering customer engagements in a professional services role
- Preferred: experience with Agile and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Rally, VersionOne, Taiga)
- Preferred: experience presenting to C-level executives and business units
- Preferred: active project management certification (e.g., APM, CSM, PMI-ACP, PRINCE2)
