b Overview /b p In this role you will lead executive search initiatives to scale Amazon across EMEA by identifying and engaging L8+ leaders. You partner with senior recruiters and hiring managers to craft research-driven strategies, map markets and talent pools, and build robust candidate pipelines. You drive end-to-end search processes, from outreach to assessment, delivering high-impact leadership hires that align with Amazon’s growth and culture. This is a chance to shape senior talent strategy in a fast-paced, global context. /p b Responsibilities /b ul li Develop and execute research strategies for senior-level searches (L8+) /li li Map target companies and top talent across EMEA /li li Build and attract strong candidates through proactive sourcing and engagement /li li Collaborate with senior recruiters on complex Director-level searches /li li Lead end-to-end searches and guide search decisions with hiring managers /li li Calibrate candidates with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure fit and readiness /li li Contribute insights on industries and talent pools to improve recruiting processes and knowledge base /li li Maintain candidate pipelines by building broad talent networks and leveraging industry sources /li li Lead update meetings on active searches with hiring managers /li /ul b Key requirements /b ul li Advising and influencing executive leadership /li li Bachelors degree /li li Experience in progressive corporate or search firm recruiting focusing on passive L8+ candidate generation /li li Experience building and driving passive L8+ talent sourcing initiatives and pipelines /li li Experience creating, measuring and scaling workflow among candidates, hiring managers and the recruiting team /li li Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects and client relationships /li li Experience delivering L8+ talent across multiple industries and geographies, with demonstrable expertise /li li Preferred: experience with executive recruiting in blue-chip, global in-house teams or top search firms /li li Experience with recruiting and people-related tools, CRM systems, and complex spreadsheets /li /ul ul li Influencing senior stakeholders /li li Cross-functional collaboration /li li Strategic thinking /li li CRM systems /li li Complex spreadsheets /li li Talent sourcing tools (implied) /li /ul
