Join a dedicated account team supporting our UK Business Process Outsource (BPO) customers.

You'll work directly with customers to accelerate the adoption of AWS services — helping them deliver better outcomes.

As an Account Manager within AWS' UK BPO Team, you'll work with customer IT and business leaders to understand their goals and find ways for AWS to support them.

In this role you will be establishing and building Amazon Web Services value propositions and promoting AWS as the key cloud technology provider within your customers.

You'll work alongside existing BPO account managers to support them in developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, co-developing a strategic account plan, and executing alongside a broader matrix team (Solutions Architects, Partner Managers, and Professional Services).

Key job responsibilities In this role, you will be responsible for driving and growing revenue, establishing AWS as the key cloud technology provider across the customers you support, promoting the entire AWS products and services portfolio to customers while providing a great customer experience.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter who is prepared to work in a fast-paced, often ambiguous environment, delivering against ambitious goals, and consistently embracing the Amazon Culture.

You'll support them as both customers and partners and will work alongside a team of account managers, solutions architects, technical account managers and partner managers.
