About the Role – What You'll Do:
As our Senior Sous Chef, you'll work closely with the Executive Chef to lead the kitchen team and ensure a consistently outstanding culinary experience for our guests.
Operational Leadership
- Oversee day‐to‐day kitchen operations and service flow
- Train, motivate, and support junior team members
- Uphold portion control, stock rotation, and waste management
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
Kitchen Management
- Maintain mise en place and prep standards across all sections
- Manage orders, weekly reporting, and stock inventories
- Collaborate on new dish development and seasonal menus
- Lead the kitchen in the absence of the Executive Chef
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience as a Sous or Senior Sous Chef in a premium or high‐volume setting
- Natural leadership skills and a calm, hands‐on approach
- A passion for high‐quality, creative cuisine
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
- Solid knowledge of food safety and kitchen health & safety standards
