About the Role – What You’ll Do
As a Food Runner at Amazonico, you’ll be essential in ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of food from the kitchen to guests with speed, accuracy, and professionalism. You’ll work closely with the floor team and kitchen to help maintain the highest levels of service. You will:
- Deliver food to guests promptly, ensuring presentation and accuracy
- Support the waitstaff to ensure seamless guest service
- Communicate clearly with both kitchen and floor teams
- Maintain cleanliness and readiness in service areas and stations
- Have strong attention to detail and take pride in presentation
- Be proactive in helping the team during busy service times
- Follow and uphold Amazonico service standards at all times
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in a premium or high-volume hospitality venue (preferred but not essential)
- A confident, energetic, and professional attitude
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A genuine passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction
- Ability to stay calm and focused under pressure
- A hands-on, proactive approach and willingness to learn
