Key job responsibilities
- Sicherung der höchstmöglichen Verfügbarkeit aller technischen Systeme und Anlagen.
- Coaching und Betreuung eines interdisziplinären Teams aus Instandhaltungstechniker/innen durch Anleitung und Unterstützung bei der Zielerreichung.
- Entwicklung von Trainingsplänen für die Servicetechniker/innen.
- Planung und Durchführung von Personalgesprächen inklusive Zielsetzung und Evaluierung.
- Vorbildliches Verhalten im Bereich Arbeitssicherheit und Verantwortung für die Einhaltung aller Sicherheitsrichtlinien vor Ort.
- Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung unseres Logistikzentrums durch Mitarbeit an technischen Projekten, die zum Ausbau bestehender und neuer Anlagen beitragen.
- Verständnis der OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) und Leistungskennzahlen der Anlagen.
- Betreuung von Fremdfirmen und Verwaltung der Aufträge.
- Unterstützung bei kontinuierlichen Verbesserungen aller Systeme und Anlagen.
- Inspiration des Teams, Mitanpacken sowie Vorantreiben der besten Lösungen.

Qualifikationen
- Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (Elektrik, Mechatronik, Mechanik, Maschinenbau) mit Meister- oder Technikerabschluss.
- Mindestens zweijährige Berufserfahrung.
