We are looking for a Team Lead for our Delivery Center. In this role, you will be responsible for shift operations at our DCs and support the DC manager in performance management and driving the operational plan.

Essential Functions
- Manage and oversee shift operations at the Delivery Center.
- Support the DC manager in performance management and operational planning.
- Coordinate with teams to ensure smooth delivery operations.
- Handle day-to-day operational escalations and be available to manage issues around the clock.
- Support station operations and customer deliveries.
