Basic Qualifications
– A Bachelor\’s degree is required. Graduate degree preferred.
– Experience in finance, compensation, or consulting with an in-depth knowledge of core compensation terminology and best practices.
– Deep compensation knowledge required, including understanding of EU compensation practices and regulations.
– Fluency in English.
– Strong written and verbal communication abilities, including the ability to listen, synthesize ideas, and explain complex issues clearly and succinctly to various audiences.
– The ability to work independently, take on responsibility, and be nimble in a fast-paced, change-oriented environment.
– Ability to work effectively with all levels of employees within the organization.
– Strong Excel and analytics skills.
Preferred Qualifications
– Additional European language proficiency highly preferred.
– Experience with EU employment law and compensation practices.
– Strong problem solving, communication, and presentation skills. The ideal candidate will be well organized and confident to work independently but will be a strong team player.
– Ability to create dynamic tools and models to interpret and analyze data.
– Ability to connect disparate data sources and operationalize tasks. Comfortable with large data sets.
– Experience enhancing and/or implementing compensation systems and reporting tools.
– Proficiency in Excel Macros; familiarity with SQL, Power BI, Power Pivot and Tableau experience is preferred.
– Proficiency in writing clear narratives that effectively translate concepts, decisions, and data insights while adapting communication style appropriately for different stakeholders.
