Sponsorship Campaign Manager, Amazon Music Sponsorships — London-based role with media experience and a passion for music and culture. You will join the Amazon Music Live Sponsorships Team, working with Amazon Ads Sales. You will support sales in meeting objectives and delivering best-in-class client service, both internal to the Ads Org and external to Amazon Advertisers. You will be responsible for project managing complex advertising campaigns with internal teams (Production, Design, Marketing, AdOps, Sales, Account Management) and external stakeholders, leading post-sale activity to ensure on-time, on-budget campaign delivery while obsessing over customer experience. The role provides a fast-paced environment with continual opportunities to learn, be curious, and develop skills.

Key responsibilities

  • Transition pre-sale proposals to post-sale executions for EU-based clients
  • Launch campaigns with internal and external teams; develop timelines and assets with Ad Sales Account Management and Creative Campaign Managers
  • Serve as the primary contact for Ad Sales in post-sale, maintaining timely communication and updating teams on key issues and data throughout the campaign process
  • Maintain presence on internal and external calls to support a successful launch
  • Collaborate with Design, Marketing, and third-party partners on asset development, including custom brand content
  • Participate in production calls to ensure sponsor requirements are met
  • Support sponsor execution onsite at Amazon Music livestream events
  • Consolidate metrics, assets, and visuals; own post-campaign reporting with strategic recommendations and takeaways
  • Iterate and develop post-sale processes, project management tools, and best practices to scale the business
  • Establish and standardize creative and operational best practices with internal Sales teams to facilitate smooth campaign launches

A day in the life

As a core member of the Amazon Music Sponsorships team, you will lead campaign execution and liaise between key stakeholders including: the Amazon Music revenue team, the Amazon Ads Org and Advertising Partners, and Amazon Music (Global Content Organization) with external production leads. Day-to-day you will lead the execution and implementation of advertiser deliverables.

About the team

The Amazon Music Sponsorships team was launched in 2021 to expand livestreaming content and build a new business line for Amazon Music. We have executed 200+ events with Top 20 Artists and top-tier festival partners over the past 5 years and are scaling our live music monetization strategy. The Sponsorship Campaign Manager will align with Sponsorship sales initiatives for our growing live music entertainment business.

Basic Qualifications

  • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
  • Experience solving problems with technology in the Media & Entertainment Industry
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, or experience in a relevant field

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in online advertising or high-tech products/services
