We seek passionate and talented Software Engineers experienced in building innovative, large-scale, high-volume, distributed software applications.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain key system features independently.
- Collaborate with team members to design solutions, prototype new technology, and evaluate feasibility.
- Work in an Agile/Scrum environment to deliver high-quality software iteratively, fostering innovation.
- Apply knowledge of technology options, platforms, and design techniques to create integrated solutions meeting business needs.
- Interface with engineers for peer reviews and with stakeholders like Product and Program Managers to understand requirements and dependencies.

Be part of a team managing logistics capacity, partner onboarding, lifecycle management, platform services, and customer experience, focusing on usability, resiliency, and scalability.
Translate business needs into operationally stable technical solutions that enhance customer experience.
Strong ownership, passion for customer service, and troubleshooting skills are essential. Experience with resilient web/mobile applications or web services is preferred.

Basic Qualifications:
- 3+ years of professional software development experience
- 2+ years in system design or architecture (patterns, reliability, scaling)
- Experience supporting title development, release, or live ops in the Video Games Industry
- Proficiency in at least one programming language
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3+ years of full software development lifecycle experience
- Bachelor\’s degree in computer science or equivalent
