As the Site Leader/Senior Operations Manager in a fast-paced and challenging environment, you’ll be the person who knows your area of the business inside out.
You’ll own the operational metrics and set the strategy for your area of the business to deliver for our customers and ultimately grow our operations.
You’ll also develop a large team and coach and mentor team leaders.

You’ll be based at one of our operational sites/You’ll split your time across a number of our operational sites.
Spending lots of time on site will help you develop your team and collaborate on operational planning.
This role has two sides.
You’ll manage and motivate a team of leaders.
At the same time, you’ll focus on long-term objectives.
This includes creating contingency plans to keep operations running and mitigate against disruptions and driving initiatives that boost quality, safety and productivity.
You’ll be a source of accountability and a business-wide champion of best practice.

- Bachelor's degree or Advanced Degree
- Experience in a Global Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Production/Procurement, Distribution, Logistics or related environment/operations
- Experience managing a salaried, hourly and agency workforce in a logistics, fulfillment, last-mile manufacturing, engineering, production or distribution environment
- Experience using Lean Process Improvement, Six Sigma methodologies or related performance metrics/process improvements to increase efficiency within processes, forecasting, planning, optimization, and logistics - Experience in significant team leadership from a managerial position in the transportation delivery industry, or a similar logistics environment
