Are you ready to transform how businesses connect with customers? At Amazon Ads, we're not just selling advertising, we're crafting full-funnel growth strategies that empower brands to reach their full potential. We believe that breakthrough advertising happens when deep understanding meets innovative technology. Our team is dedicated to developing innovative marketing solutions, providing actionable insights and opportunities for advertisers, and partnering with enterprise brands, agencies and tech innovators to drive mutually beneficial growth.

The Ads Regional Marketing team drives comprehension and accelerates adoption of Amazon Ads' full-funnel solutions among enterprise advertisers across international marketplaces. We are globally consistent yet locally relevant, aligning our marketing programs to regional buying cycles, customer behaviours, and product adoption patterns while reflecting the cultures and commercial environments of the locales we serve.

We are looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to own and deliver a UK-first integrated marketing roadmap. You will define the audience strategy across all marketing activity in the region, creating differentiated programs for enterprise advertisers, holding companies, and independent agencies that position Amazon Ads as a preferred partner. You will drive measurable growth through always-on programs that integrate owned and industry events, digital content, partner marketing, executive engagements, industry partnerships, and paid media into a single, coordinated customer journey. This is an individual contributor role, reporting to the Head of Enterprise Marketing, UK.

The ideal candidate brings deep knowledge of the UK advertising landscape and a track record of executing B2B marketing campaigns aligned to enterprise sales cycles and planning windows. This is a fast-moving role that demands strong ownership, sharp prioritisation, and clear communication. Day-to-day activities will evolve as our business grows; by owning a cross-channel annual roadmap you can expect to deliver across both strategy and execution. Responsibilities span senior stakeholder management, channel investment allocation, and audience strategy, through to event scripting, thought leadership development, and budget management. You thrive in ambiguity and operate with flexibility. You manage a demanding project pipeline autonomously, partner effectively across global and regional teams, and advocate confidently for UK marketplace needs.

Key job responsibilities

  • Design integrated marketing programs aligned to UK buying cycles, audience needs, and product adoption patterns that accelerate commercial outcomes
  • Develop thought leadership campaigns that articulate the Amazon Ads UK value proposition, leveraging research, insights, success stories, and industry partnerships
  • Amplify campaign narratives through digital touchpoints including paid media, trade publication partnerships, and social media
  • Own the audience and content strategy for UK events, collaborating with event teams and agencies to deliver best-in-class execution
  • Represent the voice of the UK customer in global planning forums, ensuring global campaigns are adapted for UK-specific needs and opportunities
  • Partner cross-functionally with central Ads Marketing, Product, Sales, PR, and Amazon affiliate brand teams to deliver compelling UK positioning and storytelling
  • Measure the effectiveness of local marketing programs through structured reviews, contributing insights to operational planning narratives
  • Own program budgets and finance reporting, ensuring investment aligns with strategic priorities

Basic Qualifications

  • Knowledge of key buyers of global video, display and content advertising solutions
  • Experience driving results through digital marketing and multi-channel campaigns
  • Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion
  • Relevant senior marketing experience in the UK, ideally within a B2B technology, agency, or media owner environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in market research, analytically-driven marketing consulting, or analytical marketing
  • Experience managing content development, and campaigns
  • Experience with strong project management skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
