The ideal candidate is someone enthusiastic about managing challenging, long-term projects across multiple teams and cities. We are looking for an someone who understands the importance of compelling delivery programs in creating an overall customer (seller and buyer) experience.
The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous and demanding work environment is critical to success in this role. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with knowledge of program management, demonstrate strong relationship and strategic influencing skills, be experienced in large-scale change management across functions and geographies, and exhibit a relentless pursuit for improvement. This individual must have a proven record of delivering results through strong program management skills, problem-solving skills, influencing without authority, strong ability to prioritize, and a passion for customer experience.

• Identify, prioritize and execute on new opportunities to further accelerate growth of FBA as well as drive process improvements.
• Develop in-depth understanding of processes, tools, data, and teams involved in FBA process (domestically and internationally).
• Identify gaps (or overlaps) and opportunities, and initiate high-impact projects based on analysis.
• Set up performance management mechanisms and track potential Sellers with interest to pilot initiatives.
• Connect with key stakeholders regularly to review operational / business metrics and setup processes to ensure goals are met.
• Operate autonomously; drive forecasts, and handle escalations.
Demonstrated Abilities:
• Experience using problem solving and analytical skills in a business environment
• Experience gathering and analyzing large amounts of data and delivering business improvements.
• The right candidate thrives in a high energy environment where tactical and strategic activities are expected to be driven in parallel.
• The ability to use both formal and informal influencing skills across Amazon\’s cross-matrix organization is critical to the success of this role.
• Possess excellent business judgment, strong written and oral communication skills, and a practical, commonsense approach to getting things done.
• High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
– 3+ years of program or project management experience
– Knowledge of SQL
– Knowledge of Microsoft Excel at an advanced level, including: pivot tables, macros, index/match, vlookup, VBA, data links, etc.
– Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling positioning strategy and present complex information clearly and concisely
– Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use data and metrics to justify requirements, improvements and initiatives
– High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
– Proven ability to successfully thrive in an ambiguous environment and changing market conditions
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
– Master\’s degree in supply chain, business, engineering, finance or related technical or quantitative field
