At Amazon Fresh, we are always exploring new opportunities to shape and optimize our business. As a Program Manager in Ops Integration, you will be an essential part of innovating and transforming our under-the-roof processes and ensuring customers are delighted with every order, processed in a cost-effective way.
You will be taking the lead on the design and launch of new programs for our customers, owning pilots and collaborating with partner teams and tech to define roadmaps.
Key job responsibilities
As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and improving initiatives that ensure the smooth running of our operations. You’ll work closely with a range of Amazon colleagues to understand how they work, and what you and your teams can learn, as well as sharing your own expertise. Together, you’ll identify exciting new opportunities and will take the lead when it comes to designing their implementation.
You’ll encourage and support your teams and colleagues to meet important deliverables, while proactively looking for new, data-backed ways we could do things better.
You will own the scoping, alignment and implementation of novel fulfillment processes in order to reduce our cost to serve while preserving customer experience. You will be responsible for:
* Coordinating financial modelling
* Leading leadership reviews to align on metal models and recommend actionable program steps
* Own inputs into tech and financial planning processes, prioritizing requests
* Coordinate operational change pilots and implementation
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
– Bachelor\’s degree
– Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g., pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas, etc.)
– Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
– Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
– Experience in program or project management
– Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization
– Experience defining and executing program requirements
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
– Experience in driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
– Experience leading process improvements
– Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
– Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
– Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
