Product Manager, Rapid Local Fulfillment

Rapid Local Fulfillment is a program that aims to provide customers with incremental local selection at Sub-Same-Day speeds from nearby sellers. As a Product Manager for Rapid Local Fulfillment, you will have the exciting opportunity to help shape the growth story for the program, enabling thousands of sellers across the country with sub-same-day-speeds. You will develop and manage tools to help 3P hyperlocal carrier onboarding and create rich customer experiences that unlock the full potential of the program.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing a well-articulated product strategy for Rapid Local Fulfillment. You will be required to translate business needs into product solutions that scale both technically and operationally and enable product innovation. You will manage evolving and complex demands, including multiple projects with dependencies on other internal teams. You will draw on customer and seller feedback, usage and operational data, and your experience leading technology businesses to set and deliver on ambitious goals for adoption, feature delivery and revenue/growth.
Key job responsibilities
The key responsibilities include:
· Design and build product capabilities to unlock the 3P hyperlocal carrier integrations at scale.
· Work across multiple customer and seller teams to deliver the new products/services in a timely fashion. Success in delivering this includes the ability to hold quality working backwards reviews with senior leaders to align on product vision and implementing it by influencing leaders across the company in Sales, Category, Seller Experience, Seller Enablement and Seller Marketing teams.
· Responsible for solving difficult problems that do not have the obvious solutions. The PM also needs to continuously iterate to improve existing product capabilities.
· Prioritize decisions and make tradeoffs for the portfolio of products, envision long term strategies in vision documents. Independently work with development teams to take them live and track post launch customer feedback and product usage.
· Responsible for the GTM of launched products, working with stakeholders to scale adoption, define seller/customer policies and identify opportunities for improving efficiencies across the program.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
– 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
– Bachelor\’s degree or equivalent
– Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
– Experience with end to end product delivery
– Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
– Experience as a product manager or owner
– Experience owning technology products
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
– Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights
– Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders
