Oversee quality control and inventory management for Meat, Seafood, Fruits, Vegetables, Eggs, Dairy (Milk & milk products) and other perishable (frozen) selections. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations while maintaining product quality throughout the supply chain. Lead training initiatives and collaborate across teams to optimize operations and drive continuous improvement.

- Lead inbound quality inspections of perishables including meat, seafood, produce, dairy, and frozen items
- Implement and maintain quality-control protocols
- Validate product rejections and manage vendor returns
- Document quality issues and maintain inspection records
- Inventory Control
- Monitor storage compliance and lot separation
- Oversee expiration date management
- Conduct regular bin audits
- Track inventory accuracy and shrinkage metrics
- Partner with merchant teams on stock optimization

- Monitor temperature controls
- Ensure proper handling procedures
- Lead quality audits and inspections

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 2+ years of program or project management experience
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience in requirement gathering and ability to write clear and detailed requirement documents
