We are looking to hire an FTC Lead Stylist for a 13-month maternity leave cover (online portfolio is mandatory).
Key job responsibilities:- Develop distinct styling tone of voice aligned with brand identity and customer needs, influencing partner decisions for optimal outcomes.
- Create cohesive styling for digital channels, marketing, and social content that drives engagement and sales.
- Deliver product edits and seasonal styling direction for multiple brands across global marketplaces.
- Collaborate with creative, marketing, and design teams on quarterly workflows and campaign vision from collection inception.
- Strategize shoot briefs with marketing team, highlighting key drivers, storytelling, and fashion messages.
- Ensure styling consistency across campaigns and e-commerce through alignment with merchandising and freelance teams.
- Coordinate with Art Direction and Production on shoot calendars, image selection, and post-shoot evaluations.
- Represent Amazon with external brands, building relationships during sensitive shoots.
- Integrate customer data and regional feedback into styling decisions.
- Align creative output with business objectives and brand evolution.
- Maintain deep fashion and trend knowledge with robust reference library and competitor analysis.
- Deliver content that meets brand standards while presenting collections appropriately to the Amazon customer.
- Manage time effectively across demanding workflows and shoot schedules.
- Package imagery into compelling storytelling aligned with shoot briefs.
- Apply brand aesthetic consistently across all touchpoints.
- Experience managing multiple projects and priorities across teams in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Experience assessing industry talent and trends, or experience as a creative executive.
- Experience at a senior level in the fashion industry ideally in an e-commerce, retail, key account management or consulting role.
- Must have a professional online portfolio that demonstrates expertise in the field.
- Experience presenting creative concepts effectively to senior executives.
- Can manage a high volume of requests and competing deadlines.
