We identify opportunities to deliver the creative scope and vision of our slate with increasing efficiency. We also manage key operational programs for the studio (including sustainability).Basic QualificationsBachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Engineering, Business, or related field6+ years of experience in program management, strategy, or related fields within media, entertainment, tech, or sustainability fieldsStrong analytical skills with experience conducting cost-benefit analyses and ROI assessmentsProven ability to influence senior leadership and drive organizational changeExperience with data analysis tools and creating executive-level presentationsKnowledge of carbon accounting, life cycle assessment, and sustainability metricsPreferred QualificationsExperience in film, television, or entertainment production environmentsKnowledge of sustainable production practices, green building standards (LEED, BREEAM), and net zero carbon strategiesFamiliarity with renewable energy systems, battery technology, electric vehicle infrastructure, and low-carbon materialsExperience with pilot programs, technology trials, and scaling innovation initiativesAmazon is an equal opportunities employer.
