As Senior Account Director, you will lead the end-to-end EU strategy for a top-tier Fashion & Sports vendor within Amazon Vendor Services, shaping multi-market growth across Europe. You’ll act as a strategic consultant to senior vendor stakeholders, coordinating cross-functional teams to unblock initiatives and drive measurable growth. The role blends e-commerce strategy, vendor consulting, and cross-organizational leadership with a focus on impactful, data-driven results. This is a high-visibility, impact-focused opportunity to influence how we partner with a major brand and scale across EU marketplaces.

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end EU account strategy for a top-tier Fashion & Sports vendor across multiple marketplaces and categories.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams (Account Managers, Advertising, Supply Chain, Item Data Quality), set priorities and metric goals, and clear blockers.
  • Lead cross-divisional projects spanning Marketing & Promotions, Selection, and Operational Excellence at vendor level and EU-wide initiatives for AVS or Retail.
  • Build long-term consulting relationships with senior vendor stakeholders (Sales Directors, Account Directors), identifying new business opportunities rooted in vendor/customer needs.
  • Provide strategic direction for EU workstreams on key vendor priorities, ensuring resources and focus to deliver results through the broader team.

Key requirements

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Access or SQL.
