Amazon Conversational Search is the exciting new LLM-based feature in the Amazon App / Desktop to allow customers to engage with Amazon in natural language conversations.

We are looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager to deliver mission critical programs to build the leading edge infrastructure behind this experience as well as build new delightful customer experiences in this space.

Mentoring and growing other technical leaders to help them scale and lead mission critical initiatives.* Using data and key metrics, to drive improvements that enhance our operational effectiveness.

About the team We are a part of Alexa For Shopping Agentic Experiences focused on building a LLM-based conversational shopping experience.

Our goal is to allow customers to intuitively engage with Amazon in natural language to get the most convenient shopping experience.

Basic qualifications- 5+ years of technical product or program management experience- 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience- 3+ years of software development experience- 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules Preferred qualification - 5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience- Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules- Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership Amazon is an equal opportunities employer.
