The Gen AI Innovation Center is a global team of experts that help customers realize their desired business outcomes leveraging AWS Cloud and our Gen AI Services. We work together with customer teams and the AWS Partner Network (APN) to execute enterprise cloud computing initiatives. Our team provides assistance through a collection of offerings that help customers achieve specific outcomes related to enterprise cloud adoption. We also deliver focused guidance through our global specialty practices, which cover a variety of solutions, technologies, and industries.
Key Job Responsibilities
- Managing complex Gen AI implementation projects and programs
- Leveraging comprehensive knowledge of AI/ML and AWS services, architectures, and best practices to guide technical decisions and strategic planning
- Bridging business requirements with technical solutions, facilitating engineering discussions, and ensuring alignment with customer business outcomes
- Distilling customer needs into clear technical requirements and mapping them to business outcomes
- Decomposing complex technical problems into actionable, deliverable solutions
- Contributing to technical documentation and defining documentation standards

Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in AI/ML and cloud computing
- Experience in AI/ML project management and delivery of technical programs
- 5+ years experience leveraging project management and agile methodologies on enterprise level engagements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, related field, or equivalent experience
Preferred Qualifications
- AWS experience in delivering Gen AI solutions into production, AWS Certified AI Practitioner or AWS Certified AI/ML Specialty Exam
- Masters or MBA or advanced degree
- Has at least one active project management certification (e.g., APM, CSM, PMI-ACP, PRINCE2) and/or AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate
- Strong understanding of AWS services, architectures, and best practices
- Experience applying AWS frameworks like Well-Architected and Cloud Adoption Framework-AI/ML
