Overview
As Senior Channel Marketing Manager, you will own and optimize trade and channel marketing across the UK & Nordics for Ring and Blink. You drive end-to-end programs with retailers, shaping the retail experience and education, product and brand presence. You’ll build rolling plans with partners, measure impact, and adapt strategies to hit sales and consideration goals. This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a dynamic, multinational environment.
Responsibilities
- Own trade marketing activities for UK & Nordics
- Execute programs from ideation through delivery at retailer level
- Manage retail experience across product, category, training, visuals, and brand
- Lead strategic account planning and educational programs for retailers
- Collaborate closely with sales to align on plans and execution
- Develop rolling annual and quarterly joint business plans with key retailers
- Ensure plans are delivered within budgets and timelines
- Coordinate online and in-store execution with local sales
- Provide local channel strategy and promotional planning
- Manage external agencies and field team operations
- Evaluate program effectiveness and profitability
- Translate broad concepts into structured channel marketing plans
- Track results and derive actionable insights from data
- Support GTM product launches and transitions at retail
- Cultivate strong relationships with retailers, vendors, and agencies
- Support brand strategy across internal and external partners
- Foster teamwork, initiative, and independent management of channel marketing in region
- Organize participation in key retailer events
Key requirements
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
- Experience using data and metrics to measure impact
- Experience presenting metrics to senior leadership
- Multiple years of experience in retail marketing within a multinational organization
- Experience managing external partners (suppliers, merchandising agencies)
- Strong communication and stakeholder influence skills
