Il tuo lavoro si svolgerà in una delle nostre sedi, così potrai fornire al team indicazioni pratiche e avere il controllo della situazione. A tal fine sarà necessario raccogliere dati e risolvere problemi in contesti altamente dinamici. Avrai anche l’opportunità di definire un piano operativo che aumenti la produttività e l’efficienza della tua sede. Ad esempio, dovrai creare nuovi progetti che determinino miglioramenti a tutto tondo, dai processi operativi alla manutenzione delle attrezzature. Oltre alla sicurezza, le tue altre priorità saranno quelle di dirigere il tuo team e gestirne la performance e la crescita professionale, organizzando all’occorrenza ulteriori sessioni di formazione.

Qualifications
  • Diploma di istruzione secondaria superiore.
  • Vasta esperienza nell’ambito di un team di manutenzione in un ambiente industriale o di produzione, responsabile della gestione di un’ampia gamma di processi aziendali complessi.
  • Vasta esperienza nella gestione di persone all’interno di team ingegneristici.
  • Vasta esperienza nella collaborazione e nella gestione dei rapporti tra stakeholder di vario tipo, compresi fornitori terzi.
  • Conoscenza avanzata dell’inglese, scritto e parlato, e buona padronanza dell’italiano.
Preferred qualifications
  • Laurea a indirizzo tecnico.
  • Esperienza professionale con le disposizioni normative, ad esempio le verifiche di compliance e i protocolli di sicurezza delle macchine.
  • Esperienza nelle attrezzature automatiche, compresi i macchinari per il packaging, lo smistamento e i nastri trasportatori.
  • Esperienza nell’utilizzo di strumenti di analisi dei dati e sistemi di controllo basati su PLC.
  • Esperienza nella gestione dei progetti o con le procedure Kaizen, Lean e Six Sigma.
