Overview

In this role, you lead high-severity incident response and risk mitigation, guiding cross-functional teams through sensitive crises with empathy and clarity.

You coordinate investigations, align with Legal and stakeholders, and optimize processes to meet regulatory requirements in a fast-paced, on-call environment.

You’ll shape risk programs, measure outcomes, and report insights to senior leaders to improve safety programs for customers, drivers, and communities.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in on-call rotation and lead regional incident response
  • Own end-to-end incident investigation, identify root causes and risk mitigations
  • Coordinate with Legal and critical stakeholders to ensure regulatory compliance of response actions
  • Optimize incident response workflows and adapt processes to evolving regulatory landscapes
  • Own risk programs, drive execution and measure outcomes against goals
  • Measure program effectiveness and surface insights to leadership
  • Prepare clear incident reports, COEs, and briefing documents for senior leaders
  • Communicate proactively with internal stakeholders, negotiating priorities and defining success
  • Balance time between rapid response and ongoing projects

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Experience in compliance program management, legal, governance, audit, risk/loss prevention, or equivalent
  • Experience handling confidential information
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
