Responsibilities
- We own the everyday product quality for our workstream.
- We work with engineering and product teams to ensure the highest quality product is delivered against defined milestones.
- We monitor production trends and take action to improve the customer experience.
- We evaluate device and Alexa functionality, and create and own test strategies relevant to our customers.
- We develop and contribute automation and other quality tooling that improves test efficiency across our global organization.
- We raise, triage, and drive defects to resolution.
- We improve the everyday user experience for Alexa customers worldwide.
- We communicate with engineering teams and product management to report programme status, collect requirements, evaluate alternatives, and develop processes and tools as needed.
- We design and execute quality campaigns and test strategies that prevent defects and bad customer experiences from reaching customers.
