This is a 12 month fixed term contract. Do you want to play a key role in Amazon's plans to redefine grocery shopping? If so, we have an exciting role which would put you at the forefront of our expansion plans within the Grocery Partnerships team.
Working within the Worldwide Grocery Partnership team, we need a superstar programme manager who will help support new partners onboard into Amazon with best-in-class tech and optimize their business inputs. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, comfortable driving complex projects under clear timelines, looking for new solutions in ambiguous spaces.
You need to be an expert at building and maintaining strong relationships with both our partners and internal stakeholders. You will also need great communication skills, and to be an expert problem solver when facing launch blockers. You also need to have automation and streamlining front of mind as we optimise the way our partners manage their catalogue, selection, pricing and availability and ensure seamless integration. Key job responsibilities:- Tech-onboarding of new grocery sellers into Amazon
- Catalog-readiness of new grocery sellers into Amazon
- Optimize business inputs on the seller, partnering with both sellers and central support teams
- Continuously improve merchant tech integration and ability to dive deep into tech challenges and blockers to find solutions through outside-the-box thinking
- Solve challenges and blockers to find solutions through outside-the-box thinking
- Effectively communicate project status and risks with partner teams
- Be intimately familiar with the status of all projects in-flight
- Bachelor's degree
- Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g., pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas, etc.)
- Experience in program or project management
- Experience defining and executing program requirements
- Master's degree
- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
- Experience in driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
- Speak, write, and read fluently in French, Spanish, German or Italian
