This role delivers specific marketing technology capabilities that help the European marketing organization reach and engage customers across marketing channels.

Working within a larger marketing technology charter, you take individual features and capabilities from idea to launch.

You work day to day with engineering, science, and design to turn customer needs into working products.

You dive into the technical details, make trade-offs about what to build first, and measure whether what you shipped improved customer acquisition and engagement.

Key job responsibilities
Own key marketing technology features end to end, from requirements through launch and iteration.

Translate customer and business needs into clear requirements, and work with engineering to decide what to build and in what order.

Engage as an informed partner in engineering discussions: learn the systems behind your product, assess feasibility, and surface technical trade-offs and risks early.

Define success metrics for your features and use usage data and customer feedback to decide what to improve next.

Work across design, science, engineering, and business partners to deliver, clearing blockers and escalating when needed.

Align your features with the broader roadmap and vision for the marketing technology space
Write clear product documents and share progress and results with your team and stakeholders.

  • Experience in customer-facing product development and product management, including defining, launching, and optimizing product and services
    - Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements
    - Experience working directly with engineering teams
  • Knowledge of agile product development and life-cycle management process
    - Experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver products and online services on tight deadlines
    - Experience Experience in online advertising or high-tech products/services
    - Experience delivering products in an ambiguous or fast-moving environment
