We are seeking a highly motivated Marketing Manager / Campaign Manager with a strong customer focus and an innovative mindset to develop and execute marketing strategies for our European business.
As the Campaign Manager, you will be responsible for endâtoâend execution of traffic campaigns across Amazon's Owned & Operated (O&O) channels for the European grocery businesses, particularly outbound (email and push) channels. Working closely with the central Amazon Fresh International traffic strategy team, you will ensure timely, highâquality delivery of all marketing campaigns, driving strong customer engagement and topline performance. - Experience leading the endâtoâend execution of traffic campaigns across Amazon's O&O channels, preferably within the eâcommerce or grocery industry.
- Previous experience managing customer journeys in email and push.
- Thrives in ambiguous environments, adept at leveraging automation tools and templates to streamline repetitive tasks and drive efficiency.
- Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills, able to serve as the main point of contact for local marketing teams, ensuring tight coordination on campaign details, copy, and creative.
- Strong technical aptitude, capable of monitoring campaign performance and making optimizations as needed to achieve target metrics.
- Prefers to work smart and efficiently, leveraging tools and processes to maximize productivity and impact.
- Set up and manage the deployment of all O&O traffic campaigns, including email, push notifications, onsite placements, and more.
- Set up and manage outbound customer journeys (email and push) across locales.
- Serve as the main point of contact for local marketing teams, ensuring tight coordination on campaign details, copy, and creative.
- Leverage automation tools and templates to streamline repetitive tasks and drive efficiency.
- Monitor campaign performance in real time and make optimizations as needed to hit target metrics.
- Collaborate with the central analytics team to generate reports and insights informing future campaign planning.
- Thoroughly review all campaign assets to ensure alignment with brand guidelines and standards, and conduct preâlaunch checks to identify and resolve technical issues or customer experience concerns.
- Serve as the local language and market expert, providing guidance and troubleshooting support to the central BMX team, and manage the scheduling and coordination of campaigns across multiple markets.
- Develop and oversee the implementation of comprehensive local messaging and targeting strategies to drive strong customer engagement and topline performance based on channel and creative guidance.
- Experience with marketing tools including email, web analytics, CRM, and marketing automation platforms.
- Experience with onsite marketing, lifecycle marketing, and digital advertising.
- Professional nonâinternship marketing experience.
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables).
- Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements.
- Bachelor's degree in management, business administration, economics, engineering, or marketing.
- Strong attention to detail and problemâsolving skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Knowledge of HTML, XML, and Excel.
- Fluency in other European languages.
