As part of the Marketing & Prime team in AU/SG, we are seeking an experienced marketing professional to lead and own our Homepage channel, which are key messaging and merchandising avenues for customers to find and enjoy our products and services. The Homepage Marketing Manager will ensure the off and on-site experience delivers the best customer outcomes while also maximizing engagement with our products, across all devices.
Strong candidates must have the ability to work autonomously, have excellent written and verbal communications skills and the ability to influence others. They must be able to think and act strategically, and to flawlessly execute a comprehensive marketing plan that builds awareness and drives site traffic and engagement. They should be innovative, customer obsessed, possess strong skills in deep diving data, and have the ability to earn the trust of stakeholders. Strong backbone is also essential to ensure we maintain a high-quality bar with the customer at the center of everything we do.
The Homepage Marketing Manager will be responsible for deep diving into and driving customer engagement metrics including first purchase, repeat purchase, cross-category purchase, retention and reactivation by owning the homepage and cross-site navigation elements for AU/SG. This manager will define and exceed goals to optimize the experience and extract measurable customer benefit and promotional opportunities through cross-site ideation, experimentation, new feature design, and iterative improvements to existing products.
As a key guardian of the Amazon brand, this marketing leader will work with a wide variety of stakeholders across the business to continually monitor and optimize the performance of our Homepage channel, ensuring that it reflects and meets the changing needs of our customers and business priorities, working closely with international colleagues to support major launches and features, and regularly dive deep into data to drive customer centric and business savvy decision making.
Key responsibilities:- Ensure the Homepage is being presented to the highest standards, with the priorities of the customer front-of-mind.
- Manage, improve and innovate personalized marketing programs.
- Provide support for major events, ensuring the homepage and cross-site navigation experience is optimized to delight our customers.
- Work with global teams to adapt, localize and implement new features.
- Work with cross functional teams, developing and implementing cross site initiatives to drive deep customer engagement.
- Identify new and existing customer cohorts and implement content and messaging solutions for each one.
- Deep Dive into engagement and retention performance to identify patterns and trends; articulate plans, experimentation roadmaps and results to leadership.
- Manage the creative content creation process, insisting on the highest standards.
- Develop and execute testing plans to measure effectiveness of different messaging and campaign types across multiple dimensions.
- Develop, implement and train stakeholders on guidelines and principles of the homepage and outbound, and audit use of the features.
- Drive adherence to guidelines, ensuring campaigns are optimised for accessibility and usability.

Basic Qualifications:- 4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience.
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables).
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion.
- Experience with A/B testing, especially around audience segmentation and targeting.
- Experience in brand identity and voice development.
- Experience using customer research, hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, generate forecasts, and assess the efficacy of marketing programs.
- Experience utilizing systems and tools involving email, web, analytics, and CRM (Marketo, Tableau, Salesforce, etc.) for targeting, segmentation, reporting for demand generation.
