Key job responsibilities:
- Identify market segment opportunities for our new service offering.
- Building and maintaining strong, trustful relationships with our potential future customers.
- Relay market segment needs and requirements back to internal Amazon teams including Product Management and Tech teams.
- Measure performance, articulate root-cause analysis, and link to specific improvement areas.
- Analyze current purchasing processes and evaluate opportunities for solutions to improve end user experiences, reduce costs, and accelerate organization performance.

Requirements:
- Fluency in English at C1 level or above.
- Currently in your penultimate or final year and working towards a university degree in business, marketing, finance, economics, or a related field.
- Eligible to complete a full-time internship of 12 months.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify process improvements and innovative solutions.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, able to collaborate effectively with others.
- Demonstrated curiosity, proactivity, and willingness to take on challenges in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment.
- Experience in the B2C logistics industry.
- Expert use of MS Office Suite, CRMs, sales and marketing automation tools (e.g. Salesforce.com), eLearning tools.
