BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, HR or a related field.

  • Experience with labor/employee relations.
  • Experience demonstrating strong analytical abilities and confidence in the use of data.
  • Experience in stakeholder management and communication management.
  • Deep understanding of European collective bargaining agreements, works council requirements, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Experience with AI and technology tools for data analytics, process automation, and healthcare cost management.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience working with large global teams.
  • Experience in oral and written communication.
  • Speak, write, and read fluently in French, Spanish, German or Italian.
  • Can communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
