BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, HR or a related field.
- Experience with the principles and practices of compensation and benefits systems and relevant legislation in the EU region.
- Experience with labor/employee relations.
- Experience demonstrating strong analytical abilities and confidence in the use of data.
- Experience in stakeholder management and communication management.
- Deep understanding of European collective bargaining agreements, works council requirements, and regulatory frameworks.
- Experience with AI and technology tools for data analytics, process automation, and healthcare cost management.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience working with large global teams.
- Experience in oral and written communication.
- Speak, write, and read fluently in French, Spanish, German or Italian.
