In this Area Manager role, you will lead a site in Amazon Operations to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality fulfillment. You’ll drive productivity through process improvements, data-driven decisions, and cross-functional collaboration with senior leaders. The position focuses on safety culture, operational excellence, and scalable practices across shifts.
